Booking, keys & updates

How are home keys secured?

Do you provide visit updates?

Are there any foods you’re unable to give my pet?

Keys are stored inside an unmarked key cabinet and tagged with coded IDs that carry no client addresses or personal names. Returned in a way that suits you.

Every visit finishes with a message and photo update when I exit your home, so you know your pet is comfortable and well cared for.

I’m happy to serve regular packaged pet foods such as tins, pouches, biscuits and packaged treats. However, I’m unable to handle or prepare raw or cooked meat, fish or offal, or whole animal-based treats such as ears or feet or alike. If your pet has specific feeding requirements, please let me know before booking.

Meet and Greets

Will anyone else attend visits with you?

During extreme heat or severe storms, outdoor walks may be adjusted or cancelled for safety reasons. See the Terms and Conditions for more info.

Meet and greets are required before all bookings can go ahead.

They happen in person and only take 5 - 10 minutes, with you and your furry person.

So we can see their environment, where things are, answer and ask questions and know if we are the right fit.

I may sometimes be accompanied by another member of the Paws team. I’ll always remain fully responsible for your pet and their care (the team member will mainly be there for extra cuddles or company) and meet & greets will be carried out by me.

Do you offer house sitting or boarding?

Current I don’t offer boarding in my home, neither do I stay over night in your home.
